Hi, my name is Gary and I am a personal trainer based in Milton Keynes. I’ve been involved in martial arts and the fitness industry for over 10 years and I’m passionate about health, fitness and well being. For as long as I can remember I’ve been involved in sport and trying to be the best I can be and it wasn’t long before I started coaching other people. Keeping myself healthy and in shape is just part of my lifestyle but I can tell you that I found it hugely rewarding when I started coaching and helping other people get the same benefits I get from my training. I went on to get a Foundation degree in Health, Fitness and Personal Training and became an Advanced Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer. There is no feeling greater than seeing someone achieve their goal and knowing I played a part in that.
My aim is to help people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness to achieve their personal and lifestyle goals and become the best physical version of themselves.
But that’s enough about me, let’s talk about you. And more specifically, how can I help you? My experience is very varied. I’ve been involved in martial arts, football, basketball, weightlifting and snowboarding to name a few. This gives me a broad experience of training regimes from a broad range of sports. Everyone has different goals and I believe this range of experience and knowledge will enable me to help you whatever you want to achieve. So what do you want to achieve?
